These type of inspections are performed by Gen-Tech Construction Inc. and are proposals for repairs. They are not an inspection or evaluation. If you want a drainage/foundation evaluation or inspection please contact a licensed engineer or property inspector. Gen-Tech Construction Inc. is a contractor not an engineer. The site visit will normally last approximately 1/2 hour. Please fax/email to our office or have at the site the relevant sections of any engineer's reports or property inspections you have. Our fax number is 510-743-4259. A written proposal in PDF format will be sent to you within 3 days to the email address you provide. A copy of the proposal will be posted online at our website for downloading and viewing for 10 days after completion of the proposal.
